Very fast delivery, food was still very hot and tastes great.

Great value and tasty burgers. Have been there twice so far and have to say their burgers are on point. Customer service is superb too. On my most recent visit I had ordered some burgers, drinks, and their chxn wings ( which are surprisingly good for a burger joint) and when I got home I realized that they messed up the order a little bit with the wings. They do speak English so I called them and let them know and they quickly apologized and said they will fix it. When I returned they ended up giving me more wings than I ordered and threw in a couple extra goodies to make up for it. They are alright with me.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. Firstly, you order by phone and tell the driver not to ring the doorbell because the children are sleeping. Then the doorbell rings then you ask why he isn't calling, the answer comes 22.50. Then the quality has decreased a lot, the chrunchi checken and angus BBQ tasted better. And then I pay almost 23 euros for it. Sry way too expensive

I have been a long customer of burgerme, Kaiserslautern. I have seen how good they can be and how they are currently. I feel sad and a bit disappointed with the current downward trend they are following, where the quality has degraded and prices have increased. I believe and understand the move to increase prices is to combat the Corona situation but in my opinion degradation in quality is something that can't be justified. My recent experience with them will result in them losing a customer.

First of all: the food has always been very good. Delivery times are usually as they were specified during the ordering process. Sometimes a sauce was delivered incorrectly, but this can happen with busy people. Drivers are always friendly, and everything is super satisfied

The burgers were really delicious, but the fries are so salty that it borders on bodily harm - inedible.

We ate right there and got our burgers pretty quickly. Everyone ate delicious and were very satisfied. We saw how popular the dishes are. The delivery vehicles are all about to be delivered.

Large orders for almost 80 euros, a 90-minute wait, a burger and the sweet potato fries were missing. One burger was only lukewarm. Subsequent delivery only 45 minutes later. Otherwise good quality. Since I didn't want to eat anything spontaneously, we agreed on vouchers. Nice gesture ;-) Addendum 10/17/2020 New order .... delivery time over an hour, not 30 minutes as advertised. Order was complete this time, but cold. Fortunately we have a microwave ... The vouchers from last time were all invalid by now. I think that's it for me with Burger me.

The food was good, only lukewarm but ok, the order came after about 90 minutes. On. Our fries for the little one were forgotten, on request we were assured that they would come shortly. After another 60 minutes without fries, we wanted to find out where they were again, we were finally told by phone that they would come to us as quickly as possible. On the phone we were told that we had forgotten the fries again, almost fun .... They could have offered us a voucher, etc., but they didn't, so you couldn't get the impression that anyone there would be interested . For this reason, our money will be spent elsewhere in the future. It's a shame we always liked to order from Burgerme ...

Would also give fewer stars. First of all, they were 15 minutes late even though we had ordered more than two hours in advance. Then you have completely forgotten a burger and if you want to ask what the order looks like, then you are only forwarded to the headquarters alone and have no direct contact with the restaurant. I will definitely not order there again.

Ordered veggie burger, cheese burger, and two servings of pommes. The food was great when we ordered once before and was even better this time! The driver got here fast, was very nice, and the food was still warm. Thank you and we will order again!

Great food. Family all enjoyed it

Today we ordered food worth over 40 Euro and that came out. First of all there is to say that everything tasted very good especially this box with 3 x 5 snacks. The burgers were partly a disappointment why do you see the photos of the one had 3 giant leaves salad on it all black and brown were .. on the other was hardly salad and the on it was not looking good but edible .. . at almost 9 euros per burger a little unnecessary. Dip, etc., there was not even though it was 1 free. The delivery time was actually very good at 20+ minutes. The meat tasted so far quite good, although it was already very lukewarm. Pommes and nuggets were great. (also without dip). Edit: After this review, the manager of the job KL has reported to me and tried to explain the matter to me. He was incredibly nice and apologized very often. He also mentioned that I would get 2 burgers in vain which he would even do before me if I wished to do so.This customer-oriented communication would like to be enjoyed by everyone.For 100/5 stars thank you very much.

Burgers are good, but customer service for Kaiserslautern location has always been terrible for me. Multiple times, including tonight, my delivery order never shows up. When I call I sit on hold until I decide I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. Don’t know if others have a similar experience, but I wouldn’t order delivery. If you want their burgers that bad just go to the store, since their drivers apparently get lost as soon as they leave the store and don’t know how to call.

Best Burger in town

Definitely a quick stop finger food place if you're looking for a good variety of burgers fries and chicken. They also deliver in those lazy home moments as well. Mainly around the Kaiserslautern area. I would and have recommended this place.

It’s always frustrating trying to order and most of the time if you press the English support they just hang up on you. Very rude. Food is decent but overall it’s just too much of a hassle.

The best fast food and smiling staff in Kaiserslautern for sure. The meals are fresh, tasty and they make it really fast. And I would like to suggest - kllasiker cheese burger (it is really good, fresh and juicy) Greetings from Latvia/Lettland

As per the location, it is a very small spot with two standing tables. Staff is friendly and the burguers are tasty. Better than the ones in the US chains. They have a fast delivery service.
